A new bilateral series beckons for fans as Zimbabwe are set to host Pakistan in a three-game T20I series, starting Sunday, December 1.

Pakistan made a sensational comeback to win the ODI series by 2-1 after losing the opening game and will enter the three-match T20I series as favourites. Star cricketers Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan are given the rest for this series.

Kamran Ghulam’s maiden One Day International century for Pakistan led them to a 99-run win over Zimbabwe on Thursday and victory in the three-match series. Kamran scored 103 as Pakistan chose to bat first and put up a formidable total of 303 at Queens Sports Club with Zimbabwe scoring 204 in reply.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat in the third and final one-day international against Zimbabwe on Wednesday. Pakistan bounced back from a shocking loss in the rain-affected first match with a 10-wicket win in the second game after a maiden ODI century from Saim Ayub.
