Amazon and Best Buy are battling for the lowest price on Apple's best-selling M3 MacBook Air with 512GB of storage.

This MacBook Air is a shocking $300 off, marking the lowest price we've ever seen on this model. Apple recently upgraded the Air to come with 16GB of RAM by default, so the 8GB version is in limited supply. Translation? Once it's gone, it's gone.

Apple’s new M4 chips are undoubtedly a one-way ticket to enhanced performance across the board on MacBook devices, especially the rumored M4 MacBook Air reportedly slated for 2025 - but Amazon’s Black Friday sale has introduced some major discounts for M3 MacBooks, and I have to admit, they’ve piqued my interest.

Amazon is currently offering an incredible Black Friday deal on the latest MacBook Air M3 models that cater to these needs perfectly: the 2024 MacBook Air 256GB 13-inch is priced at $844 after a 23% discount from its original price of $1,099, while the 2024 MacBook Air 15-inch 256GB is available for $1,044, dowm from its list price of $1,299.

The ultra-portable, 'super-fast workhorse' is great for students, travelers and everyday tasks, and it's $250 off.

Walmart is now discounting the 13-inch MacBook Air with M1 even further, allowing you to get this Apple Intelligence-ready laptop for just $599.99 (originally $699.99). This is a crazy discount on an already discounted laptop and the lowest price we've tracked. When my colleague Lance Ullanoff wrote about it in March, it was only $699.99.
