A New York federal judge denied Sean "Diddy" Combs' request to be released on bail, finding "by clear and convincing evidence" that the hip-hop mogul is potentially dangerous and "that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community.

A judge who cited evidence showing Sean “Diddy” Combs to be a “serious risk” of witness tampering as the hip-hop mogul was again denied bail on Wednesday.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was once again denied bail on November 27, marking a fourth judge’s rejection of his requests for pretrial release. The Bad Boy Records founder was arrested on September 16, 2024 for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.
